Build the cross-track base every quant interview tests

Frequently asked

Questions about study plans

What is a study plan?
A study plan is an ordered sequence of quant interview questions for a specific firm, role, or topic area. Each plan tells you which problems to do, in what order, and how long to spend. Plans replace the guesswork of building your own prep schedule from scratch.
What is the difference between curated plans and firm plans?
Curated plans like MyntBit 100 or the role-specific 25-question sets are open to every account and cover the cross-firm material every quant interview tests. Firm plans (Jane Street, Citadel, Two Sigma, Optiver, and 44 more) collect the questions interviewers at that specific firm have asked, and are included with Myntbit Premium.
How is a study plan different from a topic?
Topics group questions by subject, like probability or C++. Study plans bundle topics into firm-specific or role-specific sequences. If you have a target firm in mind, start with a study plan. If you want to free-explore, start with topics.
Which plan should I pick first?
Pick the plan tagged with your target firm and target role. If you do not have a specific firm yet, start with the general developer, researcher, or trader plan that matches your track. Plans take 4 to 8 weeks at a steady pace.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes. Your progress on individual questions is saved against your account, so switching plans does not reset what you have already solved. The new plan picks up the questions you have not done yet.
What if my target firm is not listed?
We add new firm plans as the question library grows enough to cover their interview format. If your target firm is not here, the general track plan is the closest fit. You can also suggest the firm on the contribute page.
