Training & Learning Data:

To provide our educational services, we collect code submissions and solutions, training progress and completion status, leaderboard rankings and achievements, and learning preferences.

Game & Competition Data:

When you use our games (Speed Engine, Risk Lab, Market Maker, Pattern Grid) and participate in trading competitions, we collect game scores and performance metrics, session data and play history, rankings and leaderboard positions, and competition results.

Discussion & Community Data:

When you participate in our discussion forums, we collect posts, replies, and comments you create, votes (upvotes and downvotes) you cast, reports you submit about content, and interaction patterns with other users' content.

Usage Data:

We automatically collect IP address and device information, browser type and version, pages visited and time spent, and feature usage patterns. We collect and store this personal information for the purpose of providing support for the internal operations of our Services and our Site.

Service Providers:

These third parties have access to your personal information only to perform these tasks on our behalf and are obligated not to disclose or use it for any other purpose.

Aggregate Information:

We may share aggregated information that includes non-identifying information with third parties for industry analysis and to deliver contextual advertising about other products and services.

SECURITY

Passwords are securely hashed using modern algorithms. All data transmission is encrypted via HTTPS/TLS. Database access is restricted and monitored. Payment processing is handled by PCI-compliant providers (Stripe).

No method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage, is one hundred percent secure. Therefore, while we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect Personal Information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

INTERNATIONAL TRANSFER

Your information may be transferred to and maintained on computers located outside of your state, province, country or other governmental jurisdiction where the privacy laws may not be as protective as those in your jurisdiction. If you are located outside the United States and choose to provide information to us, we may transfer the personal information to the United States and process it there. ACCOUNT DELETION

You can request to delete your MyntBit account anytime through your account settings. Before you proceed with the account deletion process, please understand the following:

Upon deletion, you will lose access to all content, including information, data, and records associated with your account. You will lose access to all subscriptions and/or content you purchased with that account. You will not be able to recover or request to retrieve any account-related content or information.

Some content, such as leaderboard entries, game scores, discussion posts, or code submissions, may remain visible in anonymized form after your account deletion.

If you have an active subscription, please cancel it before requesting account deletion.

YOUR DATA RIGHTS

You have the right to:

Rectification – Correct inaccurate information

Erasure – Request deletion of your account and data

Portability – Export your data in a machine-readable format
